Flexible Rubber Trailing Wires and Cables manufacturer in India
Wondering what are the cables that are attached to movable electronic apparatus called? Well here is the answer. They are called Trailing Cable. It allows the mobile application to move without being disconnected from the power supply. They are used to carry electricity from a permanent line to a movable machine used in quarrying and mining. They pose a high safety risk as a damaged Trailing Cable can lead to faults in earthing thus leaving the workers exposed to hazards such as electric shock. They are widely used in excavators, stackers, draglines, and reclaimers.
Rubber Trailing cables are cables that are insulated in rubber with several conductors hidden inside. The rubber protects it from corrosion, and provides abrasion resistance, and required waterproofing. They are used in flexible cables with high mechanical toughness. Machine operators are at risk of injuring themselves if they come in contact with the Trailing Electrical Cables when they are energized. There are other cables that are used for various applications as well. For instance, Flexible Trailing Cable is used with coal cutters. It can resist heat up to 180 degrees C and is equipped with a copper conductor of up to 6.6kV. They are braided and varnished and are available in single and multi core.

Trailing Wires and Cables can explode due to a rise in pressure inside the apparatus. It is therefore important to maintain and inspect these cables at regular intervals. Apart from this, there is another variety of cables called as EPR Trailing Cable. They have ethylene propylene rubber wires that have high dielectric strength. They display excellent resistance to weathering and ozone. They have a thermal range between -55 degrees C to +250 degrees C. though these 241.1 Trailing Cable do not display resistance towards oils. They showcase good resistance to a variety of chemicals like acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
We have been using high-quality raw material to produce these Trailing Cords. The use of advanced technology has given us an upper hand over our competitors.
