IIR-1675 Butyl Rubber Insulated Cables and Synthetic Rubber Flexible Wire manufacturer in Mumbai, India
Wires have traditionally been insulated with natural rubber for many years now until the invention of Rubber. Butyl Rubber Cable is made with synthetic rubber that exhibits excellent properties such as moisture and ozone resistance. They are designed to be used in applications where heat resistance is required. For instance, Butyl Rubber Cable is used in generators, damp or oily environments, portable equipment, and so on. They are said to be ideal for indoor, outdoor, damp, and wet conditions.
Butyl Rubber Insulated Cables are mostly made up of chloroprene rubber mixture or natural rubber. These cables can operate at a maximum temperature of 65 degrees C. Multicore Butyl Rubber Cables are economical and offer good heat and moisture resistance. They are used in controlling and measuring systems of electric apparatus and in signal transmission.

IIR-1675 Butyl Synthetic Rubber provides superlative air barrier performance with superior flex properties. Thes IIR (Isobutylene-isoprene copolymer) is used in manufacturing the inner tube of a tire. It also offers weather resistance with heat stability. Isobutylene Isoprene Rubber (IIR) Cable are slightly different they are homopolymers and are widely used in sporting balls to provide a tough airtight inner compartment.
IIR Butyl Rubber Cable has insulation that is resistant to oxidation and aging. They have a low glass transition temperature, and a good vibration damper. It is also said to be bio-compatible. These BK-1675 butyl rubber cables are developed to meet specific product processing needs. The end use of properties and processing equipment is necessary and important in determining the right grade. We produce these synthetic rubber flexible cables as per international standards. Our customers are assured of the quality and price of the product supplied by us. We supply a superior quality product at an affordable price to all our domestic and international customers.
